The U.S. C3E Initiative includes an annual symposium, a student poster competition, and new in 2021, the U.S. C3E Webinar Series.
Annual Symposium
Mid-career women in clean energy are recognized at the annual U.S. C3E Women in Clean Energy Symposium, a virtual gathering of over 1,200 people across the clean energy spectrum. At this celebration, a Lifetime Achievement Honoree and eight U.S. C3E Awardees are announced.
The symposium incorporates a range of perspectives, including those of seasoned and mid-career government representatives, researchers, entrepreneurs, and corporate leaders.
Attendees gather to share insights on cutting-edge energy research, new business ventures, and successful career pathways. In addition to exploring current topics in clean energy and recognizing accomplished women awardees, the symposium builds a strong and interconnected network.
The 2021 symposium will be live streamed and a recording of the event will be posted to the U.S. C3E website.
Poster Competition
The U.S. C3E Poster Competition is an opportunity for students and early-career researchers to compete for awards at the annual U.S. C3E Symposium. The poster competition exposes symposium attendees to cutting-edge research in a variety of clean energy fields. A poster committee with wide-ranging expertise will select the most compelling poster submissions for presentation at the symposium with an eye toward diversity of institution, topic, and discipline.
