Annual Symposium

C3E hosts the annual Symposium to bring together leaders from across the energy sector to exchange ideas, celebrate excellence, and strengthen collaboration.

Each year, the event recognizes mid-career professionals and a Lifetime Achievement Honoree during a gathering of senior leaders, academics, government representatives, and innovators across the energy spectrum.

Participants share insights, discuss new research and industry developments, and explore career pathways that demonstrate leadership and innovation. Beyond recognizing honorees, the Symposium builds long-term professional networks that expand opportunity across the energy community.

C3E symposia poster competitions feature energy research by undergraduate students, graduate students, and postdoctoral fellows.

C3E livestreams the Symposium for public access and posts recordings on its website for anyone unable to attend in person.

C3E postponed the 2025 Symposium, originally scheduled for November 2025 at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. Check back for updates.
