Kristen Graf is the Global Director of Environmental and Social Responsibility for Darn Tough Vermont, an American manufacturer of premium outdoor and lifestyle socks backed by an unconditional lifetime guarantee. From 2009 through 2022, Graf served as the Executive Director of Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy (WRISE), a national nonprofit that focused on accelerating the transition to a sustainable and equitable energy future by igniting the power of community. Before WRISE, Graf spent five years as a Clean Energy Program Coordinator and Research Associate with the Union of Concerned Scientists in Boston. In these roles, she worked on renewable energy policy at the state and national level, with a particular focus on wind and biomass. She currently serves as a senior fellow in the Environmental Leadership Program, a position she has held for 13 years. Graf holds a BS in Engineering from Cornell University.
