Elizabeth (Liz) Porter is President of Leidos’ Health and Civil Sector, leading over 13,000 employees in delivering transformational citizen-facing solutions. She has also served as President of the Health Group and Senior Vice President and Operation Manager for the Federal Energy & Environment business. The latter business provided world-class environmental science, energy, and engineering solutions and services to federal, state, and local customers. Before joining Leidos, Porter was the Director of Energy Initiatives, Corporate Engineering and Technology at Lockheed Martin. She developed and executed the strategy for a cross-corporate Energy Campaign, working closely with the corporate strategy and business development departments to grow the company’s business in the energy market. She also served as Lockheed Martin’s Program Director of the Global Services Management – Operations and as the Program Director of ITA Enterprise Transport Management. Porter received an MBA from the University of Colorado and a BS from Villanova University.
