Milo Werner is a Partner at Ajax Strategies, where she invests in and builds portfolio companies industrializing advanced technologies that reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Milo has significant experience taking products from initial prototype to mass production and building the operating systems critical to sustaining their growth. Before joining Ajax, Milo managed operations strategy for Khosla Ventures’ hardware portfolio. Prior to that she led engineering at Off-Grid Electric. Earlier Milo launched four major products at Fitbit and commissioned their first fully automated manufacturing line. Milo spent 2007-2015 building and leading the New Product Introduction group at Tesla Motors.

Milo has a B.S. in geology and civil & environmental engineering from the University of Vermont, as well as a M.S. in civil engineering and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
