Zadhya Mohammed has worked in the energy industry for more than 25 years and is a leader in the business. She is currently doing Business Operations at Siemens Energy, driving strategic growth in North America. She started her career at Siemens as an intern, was subsequently hired as a design engineer, and has held several positions of increasing responsibility over her long tenure with the company, in Sales, Marketing and Strategy, focusing on power generation. Ms. Mohammed is a long-term mentor at Siemens Energy in the area of new employees, as well as for students in middle and high school, as well as university, to get them interested in STEM. She is a member of the Siemens Energy Inclusion & Belonging Council, helping to drive employee engagement and belonging within the company. Ms. Mohammed holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering and a BSc in Aerospace Engineering, both from the University of Central Florida.
