Jennifer Rockwood is a core member of the firm's Industrial Sector, where she leads the Power & Utilities Practice and serves clients across the industry’s value chain, from utilities and IPPs to capital equipment, technology and services providers. She is a member of the Diversity & Inclusion Practice, as well as a member of the Technology Sector, where she specializes in addressing business and organizational challenges rooted in technology disruption and digital transformation. Beyond conducting CEO, board director and senior-level executive assignments for companies ranging from Fortune 100 to nonprofits, Jennifer advises clients on building best-in-class leadership teams while navigating leadership issues and succession planning and strategy. She is based in Miami.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Jennifer was based in Shanghai, serving as China Global Smart Energy Service Lead for Capgemini Consulting. In this role, she was responsible for working with utilities and municipalities in China to develop and implement strategies for deploying “Smart Sector” technologies. While based in China, Jennifer also worked with clients across Asia Pacific to deliver on transformative technology initiatives. Earlier in her career, she was a consultant advising companies across North America on strategic business and technology initiatives.
Jennifer received her BA in international studies from the University of North Carolina and her MPhil in modern Chinese studies from the University of Cambridge. She is actively involved in a number of South Florida nonprofits, including the United Way and the Nu Deco Ensemble orchestra.
