Jessica Lim is the Principal Manager of Product Management at Southern California Edison. She is responsible for product development and managing a portfolio of programs to enable customer choice from distributed generation to rate options. Prior to this role, Jessica advanced customer-focused initiatives through Marketing & Digital at SCE, grew the e-commerce division at Epson America, and launched new brands at Ogilvy & Mather Advertising and Ketchum Communications.
