Vice President, Low Carbon Energy Solutions, GTI Energy

Kristine leads the Low Carbon Energy business at GTI Energy. She is focused on mobilizing a collaborative team of technical experts that are developing strategies around integrated technology solutions that leverage existing energy infrastructure and transform how we use low carbon energy in residential, commercial, industrial, power and mobility applications to enable deep decarbonization.

Kristine has also led key strategic initiatives such as the creation of GTI Energy’s Hydrogen Technology Center which brings together diverse partnerships to facilitate R&D to enable clean hydrogen generation, transport, storage, and utilization at scale to enable a hydrogen economy.

Kristine’s career spans two decades at GTI Energy. Prior to her current role, she served as an R&D Director responsible for GTI’s Environmental, Risk, and Integrity Management programs. With a focus on reducing environmental impacts, she led collaborative research directly working with industry to develop solutions for the detection and mitigation of methane emissions from natural gas operations. At GTI Energy she has held positions of increasing responsibility managing research addressing gas utility operations and environmental compliance to advancing the use of low-carbon fuels such as renewable natural gas.

Kristine holds a BA in Biological Sciences from the University of Chicago as well as an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
